Wild Church YEG
We are a northern urban wild church located in Edmonton, Alberta, meeting outdoors in all seasons. We are a gathering of people from infants to elders, from diverse social, cultural and spiritual backgrounds. Everyone is welcome.
Our gatherings usually take place at 2:00pm on the third Sunday of the month in a city park. We also gather at other times to celebrate special seasonal events like the Solstices and Earth Day.
our Next Gathering
Join us on Sunday, October 18 at 2:00 pm at Emily Murphy Park at fire circle #3. Our theme will be On the Bank of the River. Please bring a reusable mug as we’ll have drink to share around the fire at the end of the gathering. All are welcome. Our gathering will go ahead unless the temperature is colder than minus 15 degrees Celsius with windchill so dress for the weather.
Wild Church YEG is excited to host a book study on Daniel Cooperrider’s book Speak with the Earth and It Will Teach You: A Field Guide to the Bible this fall. Discussions will be Mondays at 7:00 pm, from October 19 through November 16 at Robertson-Wesley United Church (10209 123 Street).
