embrace the wild spirit

Wild Church YEG

We are a northern urban wild church located in Edmonton, Alberta, meeting outdoors in all seasons. We are a gathering of people from infants to elders, from diverse social, cultural and spiritual backgrounds. Everyone is welcome.

Our gatherings usually take place at 1:00pm on the third Sunday of the month in a city park. We also gather at other times to celebrate special seasonal events like the Solstices and Earth Day.

our Next Gathering

Please join us on Sunday, September 20 at 2:00 pm at Paul Kane Park in downtown Edmonton; meet near the fountain. Our theme will be Re-Earthing: Living in Season. Our gathering will go ahead, rain or shine unless the Air Quality Health Index is 7 or higher. Please bring a reusable mug as we’ll have drink to share at the end of the gathering. All are welcome.

We are excited to be hosting a book study this autumn on Daniel Cooperrider’s incredible work Speak with the Earth and It Will Teach You: A Field Guide to the Bible. Books are now available for $38. Just send us an email at wildchurch@rwuc.org if you’d like a copy or if you have questions.
